Each session offers a safe and nurturing space to continue exploring your thoughts, feelings, and experiences through art-making and reflection. These sessions are personalised to your needs, whether you’re seeking ongoing support, working through challenges, or simply creating space for self-expression and growth. No art skills are needed — just an openness to explore.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy At Wildflower Creative Space, I value your time and commitment, and I kindly ask that you respect mine in return. These policies help ensure fairness, clarity, and a smooth experience for everyone. ✨ Bookings All sessions and workshops must be booked in advance. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details. 💳 Payments Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. In-person sessions/workshops: All art materials are provided. Online sessions: Please have a few basic art materials ready (such as paper, pencils, markers, or paints). ⏰ Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session/workshop may be charged the full fee. If you are late, sessions will still finish at the scheduled time. For workshops, late arrivals may miss the introduction and may not be admitted after a certain time. 🌱 Refunds Refunds are not available for missed sessions or workshops. If you cancel within the required notice period, you may reschedule or receive a credit for a future session/workshop. 👩👧 Children & Young People For clients under 18 attending individual art therapy sessions, a parent or guardian must complete the booking. Parents may wait nearby during the session if they wish. For kids workshops, children must be signed in and out by a parent/guardian. 📝 Note By booking with Wildflower Creative Space, you agree to these policies.
