Welcome to Wildflower Creative Space. By booking a workshop, program, or session with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings must be made through our website www.wildflowercreativespace.com.au.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

• You will receive confirmation of your booking by email.

 

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• If you cancel more than 7 days before the event, you may request a full refund or transfer to another session (subject to availability).

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, but you may transfer your booking to another person.

• If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered a full refund or credit.

 

3. Age & Supervision

• Workshops may be designed for different age groups (e.g. children, teens, adults, or mixed family sessions). Age suitability will be stated in the workshop description.

• For children’s workshops, parents/guardians must drop off and collect children on time.

• For family sessions (e.g. “Mums & Minis”), children remain the responsibility of their parent/guardian at all times.

 

4. Health & Safety

• Please advise us of any allergies, medical conditions, or additional needs when booking.

• We provide a safe and supportive environment, but participation is at your own risk.

• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to workshops.

 

5. Photography & Media

• Photographs may be taken during workshops for promotional purposes only with signed consent from a parent/guardian (for children) or participant (for adults).

• You may withdraw consent for photo use at any time by contacting us.

 

6. Intellectual Property

• All workshop plans, resources, and materials created by Wildflower Creative Space are the property of the business.

• Please do not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wildflower Creative Space is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during participation in our workshops or sessions, except where caused by our negligence.
